Overview

ASEC2 is seeking a Systems Architect, certified in ServiceNow to assist with systems architecture and design. 

 

Candidates must already possess a current and active TS/SCI with Poly clearance to be considered for this position

 

Responsibilities

The Systems Architect will assist with project plans, costs and schedules.

As well as:

  • Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, and network connectivity, systems interfaces, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs
  • Provide technical expertise in systems architecture; participates in the formulation of software engineering practices; assess feasibility of system plans
  • Establish priorities and develops and implements plans that adhere to established strategic business and system objectives
  • Identify opportunities for strengthening, streamlining, and standardizing the architecture needs in relation to the strategic direction

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience and knowledge developing or customizing in ServiceNow
  • Experience developing system design documents and establishing the project baseline
  • Experience presenting management with system architecture and design choices and the risks/benefits of implementing a chosen solution 

 

Desired certifications and experience: 

  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification
  • Experience with network design and configuration
  • Understanding of databases, servers and other infrastructure, including workstations and standalone systems
  • Experience with systems integration
  • Experience or working knowledge of applying policies and procedures relating to design, upgrade and O&M of networks
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and design
