    Design, develop, and maintain websites on multiple classified networks

    • Manage and maintain existing websites while developing new website enhancements
    • Apply industry best practices and web design standards
    • Provide technical support to end users of the websites
    • Website content administrator
    • Create documentation of activities, processes, and procedures
    • Design and layout a variety of marketing communications (print and digital) including presentations and newsletters


    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with 10 years of prior relevant experience as a Web Developer/Designer or Software Developer.
    • Proficient understanding of:

              o  Web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 (Cascading Stylesheets 3)

              o  PHP

              o  JavaScript

              o  JQuery

              o  Joomla and/or WordPress

    • Experience with Responsive Web Frameworks such as Bootstrap
    • Knowledge and experience with ICAccessibility (508 compliance) testing, tools, and standards
    • Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and methods to work around them.
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for image modification, vector graphics, newsletters, and logo design
    • Ability to translate creative concepts into dynamic visual content while adhering to style guidelines
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint)
    • Experience working in Windows environment


    Desired Qualifications:

    • Prior customer experience
    • Experience with SQL and Python
